Candy Land is hardly speaking to me, first of all, I used the wrong picture for her puppy glamor shot, and horror of horrors, she says, I captured her with her little tongue poking out in the silliest of ways and didn't I see the other picture of her where she was looking all glossy and shiny with her tongue firmly in her little mouth, and obviously,,, from what she knows is her better side?!

I couldn't resist, though, and if you look at her pictures, that pink appendage is poking funnily out for several poses (she wanted me to throw those away, but I thought they were sweet)! She's a darling on four paws, and as long as you don't post any ridiculous pictures of her, she'll pose happily all day long. You've got to share the new baby with Aunt Mildred, remember!?

I love good old-fashioned names and good old-fashioned dogs, dogs that are sensible and smart and trainable and laid back a good portion of the time, even as puppies, with a mellow sweetness that makes life with a dog something to be passionate about.
