So this funny guy was convinced that the little crate I was using for my rustic Christmas theme was instead a tiny bed built just for his reclining ease. He squashed himself smaller and smaller until he was lying down in the middle of it, hanging over on all sides, but he was happy, so who was I to point out to him that he was way too big to fit in that small a space?

He is funny and sweet and just a bit of a goofball; lots of playtime outdoors is the perfect prescription for this boy, or any other puppy for that matter. Repeat after me, Puppy People:

Puppies need to vent puppy energy, it’s good for everything that ails them in about 90% of training issues and will help them grow up into good canine citizens so much faster. After about 30 minutes of playing fetch in the backyard or having zoomies with the neighbor’s Goldendoodle, then they’ll happily come back in the house and conk out for a nice long nap whilst you manicure your nails. 😂

So, back to our little goofball. I’m head over heels for his beautiful rich ruby coat, all that white chrome, he’s a fancy guy and will look exceedingly dashing on the end of the lead as you go down the street showing off your shiny new Cavapoo. He adores other dogs, kids and people of all ages, actually, the human race in general. Yep, he loves everyone and thinks life is one big party that hopefully will include lots of treats and nice people to take him everywhere and tell him how adorable he is. What more could you ask for?

Oh, this munchkin, look at his face; he was trying so hard to pose in exactly the right spot; he hardly moved the entire time I was taking his pictures. Don’t get me wrong, he’s entirely capable of moving at puppy speed all around your kitchen, but if you work with him a tiny bit more, I think he’ll take top honors at puppy kindergarten, at least for the sitting part, lol.

I tried to catch all angles, especially the cute splash of white atop his head; it was hard to capture his sides until he saw the snowman at his feet and decided that it was time to eat Frosty.

He is an earnest little soul, following your lead happily, whether it be sitting nicely on the way to Starbucks or entertaining a bevy of kids who insist that they get to hold him next (Puppy Bliss Indeed!).

Aimable and sweet-tempered, but not to worry, he’s also up for chasing every squirrel who dares to put a paw in your backyard; he’s a well-rounded puppy guy. Brave and smart and determined to win your heart, you’ll fall head over heels for this furry little individual; he is SUCH a darling ❤️

Isn’t this boy the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving celebration? He’s sure he’s going to turkey, and mashed potatoes sound really yummy too says this chubby baby. He really is the darlingest thing, a rather stately BIGGISH boy, I have no idea if he’s going to stop just under 18 pounds or make his way up there, he’s not saying.

Loads of wavy coat with curls coming in nicely, he’ll be nicely hypoallergenic and very non-shed Happy Day! You haven’t lived until you’ve had a dog that doesn’t shed! Now, he WILL go through a puppy transition, from baby to adult coat but most people don’t even notice it, suddenly after a few groomings, your baby puppy has become a full-coated grown up doggie with virtually no shedding.

I can’t promise he’ll stay small enough to fit under the seat on Delta but he’ll make up for it with a loyal devoted heart that makes it his life’s work to be the best buddy you’ve ever had. He’ll get you off the couch in the nicest way, tugging on your bathrobe to let you know the great outdoors awaits lol. Gentle kids welcome, he’s soft-natured but still playful and sporty with a tail that wags happily whenever he meets someone, he’s a social butterfly in the making.

I’m happy now that I get to use an entire page for each puppy and can add photos with abandon. Mr. Gorgeous was the perfect choice for sharing way too many of his swoon-worthy Glamour Shots. Oh, my heavenly day, the camera loves this puppy. You can't show Cavachons in conformation classes of course but he certainly would be a star in the ring if you could! I know whereof I speak, I showed dogs for years and rubbed shoulders with some very famous dogs and handlers over the years.

A dear friend of ours had the #2 Collie in the nation years back (think of the absolute PERFECT Lassie). Calvados Extraterrestrial, or E.T. as he was known to friends and family, had that expression that the judges absolutely loved. We called it “the look of eagles.” He would walk in the ring, and you literally couldn't take your eyes off of the glorious big golden collie; he won his championship in record time and went on to national fame.

All these years later, at our farmhouse in Ohio, little Moose Tracks brings fond memories of E.T. to mind. I suppose I've come full circle in more ways than one, but it's lovely to still have wonderfully beautiful dogs in my life, even when they can’t dazzle the crowd at Westminster!

So you never know it looking into this sober eyed baby boy's face but he is actually a little fun bundle who loves to cavort about with his entire bottom and his tail wagging happily, pretending to be bashful and then pouncing on your fingers to give puppy kisses! Like many puppies, not so thrilled about my camera but I totally sympathize, I don’t like having my picture taken either.

That does translate into his being a trainable little person, he's a bit of a thinker, pondering new situations and friends thoughtfully before joining in with joyful abandon.

I'm totally smitten with his beautiful apricot coat with that splash of cream on his nose and the little creamy bits on his paws. He is a handsome fellow and he knows it lol. Don’t mistake him for a Cavapoo, he’s all Cavachon, just a very unusual color for a Foxglove Cavachon baby, the other puppies

Oh, my goodness, I am so in love with this baby and his little boots; he is a DARLING! He’s the smallest in the litter and wants everyone to know that he has the cutest boots AND the cutest personality! He reminds me of a small Palomino pony, all golden caramel except for those darling white booties and a perfect snowy blaze and bib, AND the tiniest white tip on his tail. (Don’t let your groomer trim that away when he has his puppy clips; it’s so sweet 🍭

“Figgy” trots cheerfully around, the official greeter of all visitors. He looks right into your eyes and simply sparkles with goodwill and welcome. He’s been that way since he was a tiny tot: warm-hearted and bright as a button, a dear little soul indeed.

Ah, now to the particulars. His coat is more Cavalier in style thus far, with nary a wave or curl in evidence. Fret not; it will take ages, but he’ll end up with a nice silky coat with more than enough waviness as he matures. My own Cavachon, Hastings, had a similar look as a puppy, and at 5 years of age, he’s perfectly stunning. (Please don’t tell him I said that; he knows he’s over-the-top handsome!)

Such a darling, the perfect teddy bear face with her big round eyes and black button nose, a truly wonderful coat abundantly curled and waved, as someone who did a lot of professional grooming in her life I see the makings of a stunning adult canine companion. 

Her bloodlines are the best mixture of European and Domestic, my carefully created recipe for what I truly believe are the most beautiful examples of their breed.

She is gorgeous already, but give her a few years, and she will knock their socks off, lol. I love a beautiful dog, but they have to be beautiful inside, too, and this little miss is a treat; she bounces and plays and loves to entertain but will snuggle happily as long as you're deep in the midst of your favorite Christmas movie

I decided that we would have one litter of Cavapoochons for those of you who want to have the very most hypoallergenic puppy you can possibly find. Toboggan has the perfect coat for an allergy-friendly life with a canine companion. Of course, they say there is no such thing as a completely hypoallergenic dog but I beg to disagree, a puppy with a coat like this with lots of wavy goodness is a good sign a puppy won’t aggravate your allergies.

Just the best amiable, happily fluffy puppy guy ever. He's a total mush and plops over so you can rub his tummy and tell him how ridiculously adorable you think he is. Your groomer will be over the moon, coat like this on a puppy of this age means he will be the star of the local grooming parlor. Any groomer worth her salt will have him looking like a teddy bear come to life. Don't forget to share pictures with me!

He's the perfect choice for just about any setting. He's easy peasy and tries really hard to please. He's working reluctantly on his crate training, but he's getting there. He thinks he's so irresistible; why should he actually have to be in Puppy Alcatraz anyway 😆

Oh the lovely little guy, isn’t he just too scrumptious for words? (don’t worry, I’ve got enough for both of us!).

I do rhapsodize about my Tricolor babies, you just won’t know until you’ve been owned by one, ask Hastings what he thinks of being the most spoiled canine companion on the planet. As I’m writing this, he’s snuggled on the couch with his dad (aka the love of my life Mr. John). logs are blazing in the fireplace and he couldn’t be any cozier if he tried, Life with a good dog is so GOOD….

Jingle will melt your heart at first glance, just look at his slightly pathetic expression, pleading for just one more bite of liver treat. He knows I have access to the puppy’s cookie jar, a smart little creature, he also knows that by gazing forlornly at me, he can find himself the happy possessor of those treats in abundance. Who can resist that face say I???

Speaking of puppy noses (weren’t we?) that little pink spot on his nose (cute!) won’t stay, it will fill in all black and shiny like the rest of his nose in just few weeks!

A complete and total darling, a little more petite than her Moosey brothers, she sparkles with personality and affectionate good cheer for All Creatures Great and Small 🐕 🐈 🐄

I do believe she's the tiniest bit vain though,,, she knows how pretty she is, and when I wrapped that beautiful tartan bow around her she was pleased as punch. She tried carefully to pose every which way so that I could take full advantage of its vivid color against her beautiful coat. 

Yes, speaking of vivid color, I haven’t had black and tan puppies in forever and suddenly I have several of them. Such a gorgeous sheeny coat color; the black gleams like silk, and the white bits are dazzling against that background. And the little boots oh my, I am over the moon for the boots!

This baby will fit in just about any situation; she'd be a great second or third dog, a wonderful substitute for the grandkids between visits, she will fill your days with Puppy Joy I promise. Amiable and eager to please, she's going to be a delight. She just came off hold, don't hesitate or she'll be gone!

Look at this little bundle, sitting with all his puppy might, trying to convince Santa that he’s a grand good puppy and never chases his sister or takes off with her favorite toy just to make her chase him. No, butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth from all appearances, oh he is really is so handsome Santa will relent and bring him lots of goodies for his stocking I’m sure of it, who could say no to that pleading little face?

Other than being incredibly adorable on the outside, (I’m loving that satiny black and gold coat, those darling boots (!!!) with the teensy white toes (!!!) he is such a little doll!) he is such a funny, happy baby. Yes, he does occasionally chase sissy, but Mama Terry says a tired puppy is a good puppy so he’s just following directions lol.

My goodness this puppy, I could not capture her delightful personality with my camera. As soon as I put it down this happy expression popped on her face and she was smiling cheerfully. Pick the camera up and her eyes were as big as saucers, she wasn't afraid, I think she was trying to decide what in the world it was! She's a real people person and I think she was bewildered at not being able to see my face because of the big shiny black camera.

She's a total dear, trying to understand every word you say, and I think she already has quite the vocabulary, bright as a little button truly. She does have a flaw that's her bargain pricing, her front teeth are slightly out of alignment, can't really tell from her pictures it is a minor issue and won't affect her in any way, other than making her a lovely bargain for some happy family. I’m guessing a bit on her adult size, she might not get quite to 12 pounds, time will tell. Her coat is a little slow coming in, but she descends from top European Champions so with time she will have an abundance of curls and be the envy of all the neighborhood canines lol.

These puppies were so much fun to take pictures of, from Maybelle Merriwether, who was determined to spread her furry self full-length on the rather inadequate little bench I was using in my fall extravaganza of puppy pictures to the little redheads who were convinced that allll the puppy props needed tasting.

Cookie Monster, AKA “Waldo,” did his best to sit politely in the midst of the oh-so-tempting rafia strewn all about. He plopped his furry bottom down in the midst of it, convinced that surely some of it was edible, but gave up after a nibble or two, deciding it was a total waste of time as far as nutrition or flavor went, lol. 

He's a sensible puppy guy most of the time. Occasionally, he indulges in puppy zoomies, especially when Maybelle is after him. What else are little sisters for, says she? They do wear each other out nicely. The beauty of having a sibling or a canine friend for your puppy, even next door, socializing and playing with the neighbor’s good dog can do your puppy a world of good in so many ways! Just make sure the aforementioned playmate has basic good manners and isn't too much of a hooligan.  Seek out good role models for your new puppy; they are wonderfully helpful when navigating through puppyhood!

Oh my goodness, can I be honest? So somehow, you savvy Puppy People toddle over to the website when I'm in the middle of putting new puppies up, and suddenly my phone is buzzing, text messages are ding ding dinging, and emails pop pop popping into my inbox. 

Feeling a bit like a cat on a very Hot Tin Roof, I've been dancing around for 2 days trying to finish posting these little munchkins. All the while, in the back of my mind, I was thinking, oh my goodness, I have to hurry and get these kids posted; everyone has been waiting, and I promised they would make an appearance, and all I'm really doing is spinning in circles LOL.

So I have myself firmly in hand, and Oh, Susannah says, Mama, I'm next in line! Tell them, Puppy People, what an extra smart, extra playful, extra loveable, beautifuler, baby I am so my People can find me!

She truly is a delightful puppy girl. With an exceptionally hypoallergenic and nonshed coat, the perfect teddy bear face, and an amiable, eager-to-please personality, she will make a devoted and adored Canine Companion.

Isn’t this the most beautiful puppy you’ve ever seen?!!? Be prepared; I’m going to use up all my adjectives and a whole drawer full of exclamation points on this litter!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I can't help myself. I have wanted to raise this color Cavapoo for decades, and I couldn't be happier to have a litter of five of the beautiful blue babies! Oh, but Silverado! He needs to have a calendar all of his own. An Instagram account. His own YouTube channel and perhaps a line of doggie accessories with his likeness emblazoned over everything. In my mad enthusiasm, I almost designed a T-shirt with his beautiful face front and center and those eyes,,,, I can’t decide if they’re turquoise, or aquamarine, or sea blue, all favorite colors of mine and when they are found in the face of a beautiful puppy almost miraculously beautiful, I can just sit and look into them.

I am head over heels in love.

And yes, I've always threatened to have a $10,000 puppy, but if you divide that into 12 or 15 years of owning one of the most wondrous canine companions on the planet, even a $10,000 puppy will pay for himself a thousand times over. In the joy he brings to your heart and the smile he brings to your face every time you look at him, and yes, the pride going down the boulevard with an utterly unique and stunningly beautiful dog at the end of the lead.

But lest you think his charms are all external, I promise he is as lovely inside as he is outside. He has a stateliness at times when I call the look of eagles in his expression, and then the little munchkin can turn around and hopscotch across the floor, white boots ablazing as he skitters after everyone's latest newest favorite toy; the infamous purple chicken, a disreputable bundle of purple fluff that I can't wait to toss in the rubbish, it's the most awful shade of purple but they dearly love it so what can I do?

Well, I've gone on and on and on, and I'll finish by saying John really wants to keep this boy, and I would dearly love to keep him, too. I only get really tempted occasionally but this is one of those times. As soon as I see someone has purchased him I can step away from the cliff, but until then my finger too, is hovering over the purchase button! Sweet puppy dreams everyone!
