Cavapoo Puppy Apricot & White Girl | Super sweet! 12 - 14 Pounds Grown
When you’re just on the brink of your new life with your forever family and spending all your days practicing your Puppy Basics, dreaming of the puppy people who will welcome you into their home… That's what this little face appears to be saying to me. I'm always looking into puppies' eyes, and I know it's fanciful to read all that in just the expression on a 10-week-old puppy's face, but who's to say I'm not exactly right?
The other day, we sent Cuddle Duds off to his forever home, and his siblings watched wistfully; I'm telling you they knew he was already spoken for and that this family was his very own family, and their little hearts burned to have families of their own. I've been at this for so long and watched these interactions enacted until even puppy faces are open, like a book to read for those who take the time.
So back to dear sweet Sarah Beth, trust me, she's not always reflecting pensively about whether or not her new family will have children or another dog for her to play with, whether she'll go home to Texas or all the way up to the cold country of Canada. At other times, she's full of mischief, just like all good puppies should be, racing after her brother when he flings her off the teeter-totter rudely lol.
They are so funny; on sunny days, we still have antics in the play yard, and the teeter-totter seems to be every puppy's special delight. Especially catching one of their littermates unawares in precisely the right spot, with a bounce and a hop, sends them tumbling off and around to begin the game again. It doesn't take much to entertain little people at this age! Keep Sarah Beth and her winsome small face in your cart; she might be just the dose of sunshine you need to chase away those winter blues!
