My name is Terry Cross; that’s the love of my life John, and our beloved Agatha, and I’m so glad you found Foxglove Farm in your puppy-seeking journey. I’m so thankful to the Lord for allowing me to do what I love most: bring Puppy Joy to families with our wonderful Cavachon & Cavapoo puppies 🐶 We all need a little JOY right now, even the kind that arrives on four paws!

Yes, I’m on a mission to raise the most amazing Cavachon and Cavapoo puppies on the 🌎 Puppies who are not only healthy and beautiful but also easy to raise and a delight to own. I get dozens of calls from worried parents; they want to get a Cavapoo (or Cavachon!) puppy for their kids but are petrified that getting a new puppy will be more stressful than they can handle.

Our puppies don’t go home until they are 11 to 13 weeks old—old enough to sleep through the night (from day one in their new homes!)
Your new Cavapoo or Cavachon puppy is essentially 65 to 75% housetrained.
Foxglove puppies are old enough to have all three sets of core vaccinations completed. This will keep your puppy safe from viruses and save you a small fortune on early puppy care. Your puppy can walk on the street, interact with other (friends and family) dogs, and not miss important early socialization because they are well protected before we send them home.
Puppies are started on a more natural path to good health, including a puppy formula that builds immune health, NuVet vitamins, and a high-dose probiotic.

Cavapoo Girl Puppy BLUE MERLE WITH CHINA BLUE EYES!!!
Here’s the beautiful sister to Silver Belle, a frosty blue delight with those gorgeous eyes of sapphire blue and a shimmering silver-blue frosted coat. This puppy girl is as silvery blue as you could dream of. That cute pink nose will darken as she grows, and speaking of growing, she’s smallish at about 10 to 12 pounds as an adult!
I was putting her to bed yesterday and decided that she’s one of the dearest little souls; she has the most delightful sweetness about her; yes, she plays and romps with the other puppies, but OH, she loves people; she’ll be a most delightful canine companion.
She is already doing so well on her puppy basics; she’s quiet in her playpen, sleeping through the night like she’s graduated from the Good Dog Academy, and promises to be an extra easy puppy for someone who wants a truly rare and unusual Cavapoo but one that makes training feel like a breeze!

Yes, our FIRST Tricolor Cavapoo and she is a humdinger! (Do all of you Puppy People know what a humdinger is??? I’m glad you asked! “A remarkable or outstanding person or thing of its kind.”
Well, this little Miss is entirely that, a remarkably rare and wonderful color in the Cavapoo and an outstandingly adorable option if you are looking for a canine companion to make your home complete. She’s an engaging small creature, with a cheerful wagging tail and a loving affectionate nature, I can see her in just about any setting, with kids or without, empty nesters looking for a puppy magnet to bring the grandkids home in droves to help puppy sit. She’s adaptable and though typically puppy in nature, she will learn quickly and cuddle contentedly, just make sure she has ample opportunities to zip around outdoors and like any well-exercised puppy, she’ll be the canine equivalent of an angel dog.
No puppy comes without a measure of effort required on the part of her new owners to ensure she grows up to be a stellar member of the canine community, but some take lots less effort than others; Mirabelle will be just one of those puppies, she’ll try extra hard to be a good baby, your job will be to help her navigate that journey through puppyhood with flying colors!

OK, so Puppy People, Before Mama Terry launches off into her usual (WONDERFULLY WRITTEN) puppy bios. she don’t know it, but I’m writing my OWN stuff so you’ll pick ME cause I’m the cutest, smartest, cuddlebug of them all!
I promise to roll over and let you rub my tummy any time you please, and I’ll NEVER chase the cat (well, maybe once in a while when she swats at me to keep her in line!). I’m extra friendly and love funny stuff, so I’ll keep you entertained with my quirky sense of humor (Mama Terry says I remind her of Hastings when he was a baby; I think that’s a GOOD thing?).
I’m round and chubby and have the nicest soft wavy coat; I think I’m gonna be really, REALLY handsome; if you want a real stunner, I’m your, boy!

Yes,,,, Puppy People, I have to agree with all of this little mischief’s exuberant description of himself. He really does have a twinkle in his eye that makes me laugh and he also really reminds me of Hastings, who we sometimes called “Hastings the Hoodlum” when he was little, so before warned. He made me laugh everyday and still does, but occasionally there was tearing of hair going on too LOL. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world!

Is anyone else completely in love with “The Man Who Invented Christmas”? Of course, Dickens didn’t invent Christmas, but what a wonderful, heart-warming movie for this time of year. I’ve decided to watch it until I know all the words. (I’m pretty close, in case you’re wondering!).
So,,, this darling puppy guy is, of course, named after Mr. Fezziwig from The Christmas Carol. Described as “a model of compassion, kindness, and generosity,” perhaps rather large shoes for this small Fezziwig to fill, but he’ll get there eventually, once he’s navigated safely through the perilous waters of puppy potty training and other such challenges of puppyhood.
He does try really hard (note that extra-focused, sincere, butter wouldn’t melt in my mouth expression), but alas, sometimes he forgets how to be a good dog, as do all puppies, and needs a gentle reminder and perhaps a romp with your neighbor’s Goldendoodle to get rid of the heebie-jeebies lol.
He is, altogether, the dearest sort of puppy guy, with stunning good looks and a blazing black and white coat guaranteed to dazzle everyone he meets, from your good friend and veterinarian to the sometimes cranky cat lover who lives next door. He wins friends everywhere he goes and will be one of the prettiest puppies you’ll ever see, he is SUCH a handsome boy, don’t miss him!

So, I'm always pouring over each puppy's photo gallery after I have taken their pictures. I doubt any dog breeder on the planet shares more photos of her puppies, but my goal has always been that if you can't make it here in person, you are still able to choose the puppy that best fits your family and begin to know them from gazing into their eyes and connecting with each puppy's heart and soul even through the screen on your laptop.
Yes, I take an inordinate number of close-ups from every angle to capture the personality and spirit of my little charges and to help Puppy Seekers see the nuances of their personality and feel that tug at the heart that tells them, “THIS IS MY PUPPY”!
Just look at puppy boy Timber’s baker’s dozen; you can see him AND his temperament shining out of each image.
His amiable, willing-to-please, friendly, cheerful, ever-so-smart, connected, loving, and bright-a-button personality is ever so obvious in each one of his photos. His eyes follow me and the camera, happy and pleased as punch to be plopped in the center of all Mama Terry's very delicious-looking Christmas decor.
Looking into his eyes, I see a puppy who is all boy, an all-American kind of puppy who will follow his kid’s every step with a most loving and loyal heart. Oh, he'll be fun and a roly-poly addition to the family, the kind of dog every kid needs or every kid-at-heart grown-up person needs: if you see that in his eyes, then I’ve done my job well!

This little minx will prance and dance her way into your heart, and before you know it, you’ll be proclaiming the countless benefits of dog ownership to anyone who’ll stand still long enough to listen and share our website with complete strangers on the street.
(I get letters AND calls! Today, dearest Marlene in California laughingly told me, EVERYONE STOPS US to ask about our dogs. (She and her daughter, Nikki, have Freddie the Hearthrob and Michaela the Beautiful; she said she’s always giving out our website. “And if they don’t actually speak to us, they stand and stare admiringly, lol!”
Back to baby Melicient (OH, I’m going to have fun with her name; I’ve spelled it three different ways in the last 10 minutes 😳 She’ll be another showstopper with her sparkling personality and dazzling tricolor coat and those oh-so-snowy boots. She waves her paws proudly; I think she is showing them off when she prances; they are entirely capable of such antics, I promise you!
“Milly,” as she’s known to her adoring fans, will be loads of fun with just a sprinkle of badness to keep you on your toes. She’s ever so loving and will cuddle delightfully in between bouts of the puppy zoomies. She’ll have you trained in no time flat, and you’ll be on the phone insisting that she needs a buddy, that having a dog was loads more fun than you ever imagined, and that Milly wants a partner in crime sent post-haste because everyone knows, two puppies are even MORE fun than one, and only half as much work, right???
Cavapoo Puppy Ruby & White Girl - 12 to 14 Pounds Grown 🥰
Isn't she just the sweetest thing? Oh yes, she's all puppy, and she's just captured here in a moment, which shows her tender heart and the glowing warmth of her personality. Of course, she'll bounce and play and dance sideways across the floor like a kitten every night right before bedtime; like all toddlers, she'll fight that dreaded event with all her puppy might. But in between bouts of prancing and dancing and dreaming of sugar plums, she will march happily toward the goal of being the best friend you ever had, at least the best friend with four feet.
As to the particulars, she loves people and will greet everyone that comes to visit with a waving happy tail, and maybe even sit in Grandma's lap if she decides she's gotten over her anti-dog sentiments. She'll win her over yet, I promise! How can she resist that earnest, small face? Grandma doesn't know what she's missing!
Nor do those of you who are still tottering on the fence about getting a puppy. Oh me, oh my,,, I feel a lecture coming on… You’ve heard it before, and you'll hear it again until I put up the closed shingle on this endeavor called Foxglove Farm. Get those kids a puppy, Mom! Dad, don't wait until your son is driving to finally give in to the family’s pleas for a puppy. They'll have missed so many years of learning to nurture a little creature and letting her melt their hearts and introduce the blessings of unconditional love and faithfulness.
Cavachon Puppy Apricot & Cream Boy 15 Pounds-ish Grown
Oh my goodness that face! Puppy adorableness overload for sure! This bundle of furry puppy goodness is going to make someone's Christmas dreams come true! He might have time to get there in time for Christmas, but if not, no worries he can make the after Christmas dreams come true!
He is a sensible and exceedingly handsome version of Cavachon in a very rare color here at Foxglove Farm. Besides his lovely color, which is hard to capture with a camera, the shading of cream against the darker apricot is so pretty pretty!
In a side note, notice the wide spacing of his eyes, the broad little muzzle? Always a sign to this dog breeder of an extra trainable and mellow-natured puppy. Just seems to go hand in hand with that confirmation trait. His brother went home the other day if you remember Cuddle Duds, and Nicole has raved in all capital letters about what an easy puppy he's been.
And, as for his house training, the dreaded portion of raising most puppies? I quote
“He's been doing amazing; he's been telling us he has to go out by getting antsy in his playpen or on someone's lap, and he always goes potty when we take him out. Terry, I’ve obviously done this puppy thing a few times before, and even with your amazing puppies, but I’m telling you, he’s been an absolute dream so far! He just walked into our house like he's always been here and started living his life with us. He is so incredibly content, confident, and laid-back; he has already brought an immeasurable amount of joy and happiness into not only my life but the whole family 🙏🏻 🐶 ❤️

Cavachon Puppy Black & Tan Boy LOVE THIS COLOR | Earnest Puppy | So HANDSOME | 15 Pounds
Postscript: So, I must explain why Coaly is wearing a BLACK bow in some pictures and a RED bow in others, thus necessitating the use of probably close to 80 photos on his puppy page. For once, I was unable to decide which color looked better on a puppy. He is so handsome, and the camera loves him so much that I decided to use both beautiful bows and let you choose for yourself! Oh my goodness, he is a puppy stunner! Wowza!
As you’re dashing through your list of ways to make the little folk at your house Christmas dreams come true, don’t forget the puppy that you’ve been promising for way too many years! But before you reach out to Miss Terry with pleas for a puppy that arrives on Santa’s sleigh, let me steer you to a wiser course and a much better path both for you, the kids, and the puppy!
I am not a fan of bringing a puppy in the week of Christmas, and please don't even think of wrapping up a puppy and putting him under the Christmas tree. That's a recipe for disaster in half a dozen different ways. From scaring the poor puppy into next year to starting off on entirely the wrong path with house training, be kind to yourself and the new addition and plan on your puppy arriving well before or, yes, after Christmas, and you’ll be off to a much better start and a more quickly potty-trained puppy I promise!
This little guy is the perfect example; he’s stunning in the extreme with his jet-black curls and frosty beige points. He’ll fit in just about any home; he’s easy-going, smart, and sensible. He’s doing well on all his puppy basics though he does yodel occasionally during crate-time, he’s not a fan yet lol. Yes, he’s ready next week, and yes, that means he can’t technically be a Christmas gift, but a puppy is a lifetime addition to the family, and a few days, one way or the other, won’t make much difference in the long term. I’m happy to email his Bon Voyage Puppy letter, and you can use that all wrapped up for the big surprise. That way, the kids can start on my puppy course (it’s very kid-friendly) and be the experts on all things puppy when Coally Bay arrives, delivered by my favorite puppy nanny, in time to be a much-loved and settled-in member of the family before Ho Ho Ho rings from the rooftops!
Enough lecturing about Christmas puppies for the moment, and back to this little munchkin. I'm amazed; I haven't had black and tan puppies for years. It's such an unusual color in the Cavachon, and suddenly, I have a litter of nine puppies, which is unheard of, and four black and tan puppies. Go figure! I don't see this happening again anytime soon, but I certainly enjoyed this little batch of babies. Get yours before they’re gone for a few more years!
Cavapoo Puppy Blue Merle Phantom Girl RARE BLUE MERLE | Sweet As Sugar | Lovely!!! | 12 Pound
I've always simply adored the Blue Merle's and am thrilled to bits that we finally have this color in our Cavapoos! I had a lovely blue Collie puppy years ago and never got over missing that silvery shaded coat with accents of clear blue and snowy white. And now, we have it in this little beauty, her sister will be posting soon, she has the crystal blue eyes and her name is Silver Frost, but I'm leaning a little toward making this maybe my favorite. Her eyes are almost navy with a chip of blue in one of them, a rich pretty color that gives her the most wonderful expression.
Aside from her looks which I could rhapsodize about for ages, she is truly a tenderhearted darling. Fanciful and friendly, she prances to greet everyone pat-a-caking her snowy paws in delight. She is charming and hasn't a clue how perfectly adorable she is. I wouldn't have a problem placing her with kids or empty nesters, she is adaptable and smart and learns super quick. An easy-peasy exceptionally unusual canine companion in the making! If you miss her watch for her sissy posting soon!

Oh this little character knows he’s adorable, just look at his eyes sparkling with mischief as he plans how to get you to take him to PetSmart in time for the black Monday shopping extravaganza! (He saw their sale online and hopes you'll get him there before someone else nabs all the best toys!)
The more squeakers the merrier says he! And he can show you exactly the same Mr Raccoon that Miss Terry bought the puppies and this way he can have one of his very own and he doesn't have to share it with his pesky sisters! (Take THAT Silver Belle! She steals all my best toys!).
Notice his gleaming black and white coat, there's a special quality to the Particolor, the pigment is highly saturated and carries a sheen that I don't see in any other color. Not a smidgen of tan anywhere on this pattern, only snowiest white and jet blue-black making for dog that draws admiring gazes everywhere you take him.
Comet carries his snowy white tail like a flag trailing behind him as he prances along. He'll be just sporty enough to keep up with your 5-year-old but still cozy enough to snuggle with Grandma when she comes to visit. He's a great option for a second dog if current dog is pleading for a buddy. Remember dogs are pack animals and though they love us the most, it greatly benefits almost all of them to have another canine in the house. They will both adore the people most, but become the very best of friends and keep each other company when you have to go off doing boring things like buying groceries. Don't forget the puppy snacks!
Cavapoo Puppy Ruby & White Boy SO SWEET | SO SWEET | SOOOO SWEEETTT! 18 Pounds Grown
Isn’t this boy the perfect addition to your Thanksgiving celebration? He’s sure he’s going to turkey, and mashed potatoes sound really yummy too says this chubby baby. He really is the darlingest thing, a rather stately BIGGISH boy, I have no idea if he’s going to stop just under 18 pounds or make his way up there, he’s not saying.
Loads of wavy coat with curls coming in nicely, he’ll be nicely hypoallergenic and very non-shed Happy Day! You haven’t lived until you’ve had a dog that doesn’t shed! Now, he WILL go through a puppy transition, from baby to adult coat but most people don’t even notice it, suddenly after a few groomings, your baby puppy has become a full-coated grown up doggie with virtually no shedding.
I can’t promise he’ll stay small enough to fit under the seat on Delta but he’ll make up for it with a loyal devoted heart that makes it his life’s work to be the best buddy you’ve ever had. He’ll get you off the couch in the nicest way, tugging on your bathrobe to let you know the great outdoors awaits lol. Gentle kids welcome, he’s soft-natured but still playful and sporty with a tail that wags happily whenever he meets someone, he’s a social butterfly in the making.
Cavachon Puppy Tri-Color Boy Oops! I'm growing! 16 -18 Pounds Grown | Whimsical & Fun
Oh the lovely little guy, isn’t he just too scrumptious for words? (don’t worry, I’ve got enough for both of us!).
I do rhapsodize about my Tricolor babies, you just won’t know until you’ve been owned by one, ask Hastings what he thinks of being the most spoiled canine companion on the planet. As I’m writing this, he’s snuggled on the couch with his dad (aka the love of my life Mr. John). logs are blazing in the fireplace and he couldn’t be any cozier if he tried, Life with a good dog is so GOOD….
Jingle will melt your heart at first glance, just look at his slightly pathetic expression, pleading for just one more bite of liver treat. He knows I have access to the puppy’s cookie jar, a smart little creature, he also knows that by gazing forlornly at me, he can find himself the happy possessor of those treats in abundance. Who can resist that face say I???
Speaking of puppy noses (weren’t we?) that little pink spot on his nose (cute!) won’t stay, it will fill in all black and shiny like the rest of his nose in just few weeks!
Cavapoo Puppy Ruby & White Boy Irish Setter RED | Brilliant and Brainy | 12 to 14 Pounds Grown
Oh, it’s hard to see in some shots; my camera settings were a bit off and slightly overexposed, but this sweet boy is the prettiest deep mahogany red; he’s such a gorgeous color. Loads of curl already, and your groomer will adore him; he’s going to make her look like a genius when she turns him out looking like a teddy bear come to life. That color will really shine in the hands of a great groomer. Ask your friends for recommendations and find a good one. Even take along his puppy pictures, and that way, she'll know exactly what you want him to look like when he's all grown up!
But he's also beautiful inside with a waggy-tailed personality that never meets a stranger. He's another one of those puppies that looks right into your eyes and says, “Hi, don't you think I'm cute? Wouldn't you like to take me home? I'm a good, good GOOD boy almost all of the time. Well, maybe not allll of the time, but I try!
Funny and smart, he's going to be super helpful, I’m sure, trailing along and helping you choose the last of the goodies for the kid’s stocking. Remember those kids who’ve been begging for a puppy, as one parent wrote me “since they were born!”. Tick the most important gift off your list and let this little guy fulfill all those puppy dreams; your kids will certainly elect you Mom Of The Year 🥇
Cavachon Puppy Apricot Boy Sleepy Baby | Playful Too | Dreamy Color & Coat | 14 Pounds-ish
This little pumpkin is a scrumptious blend of apricot and snowy white. It's hard to see because I had my camera a little overexposed but he has splashes of white on his paws a snowy white bib a star on his forehead and a smidge of white on his nose and I think the tip of his tail is white but I'll have to double check! When you have a litter of nine there are a lot of little tails wagging and a lot of little tail tips to note the color on! I believe that's the biggest litter we've ever had, and I know I've been slow posting but I promise you they have been worth waiting for!
People ask me to FaceTime occasionally with the puppies and though I will do an occasional video, I tell you the honest truth I don't even FaceTime with my husband. I think I look like an alien on FaceTime, I'm from another generation and you're just going to have to live with a zillion pictures and a video here and there. I'm sure you'll find lots of dog breeders that are not as technologically challenged as this one but even the puppies look weird to me on FaceTime. I'm sure it's just me but when I've seen images I always thought it made their little faces look way too stretched out or something. I was born for another age lol!
Baby Emmett was exceedingly happy that he didn't have to do any of that weird FaceTime stuff, he was so relaxed and enjoyed his puppy glamor shot sessions so much he snoozed off at the end and I didn't have the heart to wake him up. That might be one of the videos in my phone I'll have to double check and see. I know I was so enamored of his precious face that I kept taking photos even though he was off in Dreamland and oblivious to the smiling at the Camera Part.
A dear-hearted little guy, he'll be easy peasy to raise and is doing really well on all the basics. He's a compliant child 99% of the time and the other 1% he's asleep so not to worry.

Because I'm so passionate about the difference a great puppy makes, I know how to raise not only stunningly beautiful Cavachons and Cavapoos but puppies that because I put the extra time in to be sure the puppy you purchase will settle into their home as quickly and easily as possible.
I call them "Starter Puppies," usually 11 to 12 weeks old before they leave, making for a puppy who is mature enough to be crate trained when he arrives, sleeps through the night, and old enough to potty train quickly. You won't miss anything with a puppy that's a couple of weeks older, unless getting up at 3:00 am is high on your list of puppy wants! I don't let puppies go too early, it makes things so much easier for the new owner when puppies are just a tad more mature.
I want a healthy Cavachon (and a good dog breeder should want that for her puppy people too!)
Because we raise only hybrids, a blending of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Bichon or Poodle, your chances of getting a puppy who is sound and healthy are much increased. We have worked for years to gather healthy bloodlines from around the world to avoid issues like mitral valve disease which is so common in the Cavalier but happily, it is more difficult for Cavalier offspring who are not purebred to inherit that problem. The same is true for hip dysplasia and other health problems found all too often in most pure breeds of dogs. We do OFA testing and do our utmost to ensure that our puppies are born from healthy, happy parents of course. Testing isnt a guarantee though. I have seen even dogs with clear tests produce puppies with inherited problems when we raised purebred dogs many years ago, which is why I no longer raise AKC registered dogs, only hybrid Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who have a much greater likelihood of having a long healthy life.
A cavachon or cavapoo puppy from Foxglove Farm will have had the best supplements from birth.
All of our dogs are given daily probiotics and supplements like NuVet Plus. I feel it's absolutely vital to help young puppies have a strong immune system, not only to prevent disease but to help them thrive in spite of vaccinations and other stressors common to young puppies.
Vaccinations and deworming are up to date. However, I recommend a cautious approach to some of the harsher vaccines, like Leptospirosis, which has been shown to have a high rate of reactions in sensitive dogs.
I recommend a cautious approach to excess vaccines in your puppy as the most prudent course. My background in veterinary medicine is combined with a more holistic approach in caring for the puppies I raise and the recommendations I give my puppy buyers on how to thoughtfully care for their new puppy in a more natural way that is safer for them and for their families.
For example, Here’s an excerpt from a series I wrote called Mistakes Pet Owners Make; it discusses the dangers of neutering your puppy too quickly and why waiting for neutering to about 12 to 14 months (for a Cavapoo or Cavachon is a good idea).
“Current research points to many excellent reasons to delay neutering your pet until it has matured and its growth plates have had time to close. Early neutering (which is typically as early as 5 months of age) is being blamed for the rapid rise of joint disease and the explosion in the number of joint surgeries.”

Sorry, I can't help myself. I have wanted to raise this color Cavapoo for decades, and I couldn't be happier to have a litter of five of the beautiful blue babies! Oh, but Silverado! He needs to have a calendar all of his own. An Instagram account. His own YouTube channel and perhaps a line of doggie accessories with his likeness emblazoned over everything. In my mad enthusiasm, I almost designed a T-shirt with his beautiful face front and center and those eyes,,,, I can’t decide if they’re turquoise, or aquamarine, or sea blue, all favorite colors of mine and when they are found in the face of a beautiful puppy almost miraculously beautiful, I can just sit and look into them.
I am head over heels in love.
And yes, I've always threatened to have a $10,000 puppy, but if you divide that into 12 or 15 years of owning one of the most wondrous canine companions on the planet, even a $10,000 puppy will pay for himself a thousand times over. In the joy he brings to your heart and the smile he brings to your face every time you look at him, and yes, the pride going down the boulevard with an utterly unique and stunningly beautiful dog at the end of the lead.
But lest you think his charms are all external, I promise he is as lovely inside as he is outside. He has a stateliness at times when I call the look of eagles in his expression, and then the little munchkin can turn around and hopscotch across the floor, white boots ablazing as he skitters after everyone's latest newest favorite toy; the infamous purple chicken, a disreputable bundle of purple fluff that I can't wait to toss in the rubbish, it's the most awful shade of purple but they dearly love it so what can I do?
Well, I've gone on and on and on, and I'll finish by saying John really wants to keep this boy, and I would dearly love to keep him, too. I only get really tempted occasionally but this is one of those times. As soon as I see someone has purchased him I can step away from the cliff, but until then my finger too, is hovering over the purchase button! Sweet puppy dreams everyone!
